Join our Team

We are currently looking for highly motivated M&A specialists to join our team at Consultant and Manager level.

As a member of our M&A team, you will accompany complex M&A processes from pitch to closing and advise successful entrepreneurs as well as leading private equity funds on national and international transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on very diverse projects in different sectors and company phases. Your tasks will include structuring M&A processes and capital increases, drafting sales documents, applying valuation techniques, performing due diligence activities and much more.

We expect you to have a degree in business administration with outstanding performance, 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience, in-depth knowledge of business valuation and accounting, and very good analytical, conceptual and communication skills. We offer you an exciting challenge in a young and dynamic team with a broad industry focus and attractive and performance-based compensation.
